Happy 2015 and a Personality Test

I’ve missed you guys!

There’s a lot going on, mostly all good things that I hope to tell you about in more detail very soon.

But for now, this is what I and some of my friends who I’ve held at gunpoint and only released once they’ve given me their full profiles, have been taking. I KID!!!!! I’m a peace-loving hippy and I’ll own it all day. Let’s just say I’ve kindly persuaded (BEGGED) them to take it. It’s free and will give you lots of insight into yourself. It’s similar to Meyers-Briggs, with which I’ve had a borderline obsession for years.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE for all of you guys to take it and let me know your results in the comment section (ISTP, ENTJ, etc.) — It gives you a lot of info, but you can just give me the letters and/or share whatever else you’d like.

Look for a post sometime this week where I share my results, Gil’s, and other thoughts.

Come on; try it! It’s fun — promise.

Hope all of you are having a lovely January. I’ve been tending to other matters and haven’t been reading many of your blogs but plan to do so very soon. Sending you love, peace, joy, comfort, good thoughts and vibes for the coming year.

    • Yep! I suspected that from reading your blog…says one ENFP to another. Call me partial, but there’s a lot of fabulousness in this category. Thanks for “playing.” It probably says something about my ENFPness that I consider taking these types of tests fun.

  1. Gil, my husband, is also an Assertive Analyst, and I’d also describe him as a Mastermind… but he’s a P, rather than a J. I’m beginning to think we should be on the lookout for a “J” to help us manage our household. Glad you found it fun. I find these tests fun and fascinating. Thanks for playing along! 🙂

  2. Personality: INFP / Variant: Turbulent / Role: Diplomat

“You are one of the Diplomats – an empathic and idealistic individual who enjoys exploring interesting ideas and prizes morality. You are known for your poetic nature, intuitive skills and pure, childlike enthusiasm.”

    • Thank you for sharing! You’re certainly not the first person to point this out to me. I liked your link and absolutely believe these tests have limitations — I agree with some but not all. I want to elaborate more and plan to do so in my next post. It was never my goal to box my readers in or myself here — this was strictly for fun and my hope was that by taking it readers might learn more about themselves. I do think it’s a good test that can help us understand more about ourselves and assist us in our interpersonal relationships. I worked in mental health in the past and found it extremely helpful in guiding clients. I hope you’ll read my follow-up. My spouse is always the first to point out the limitations of these tests, another thing I’ll be discussing further… 🙂

    • Thanks for taking it!! I’m ENFP, but slightly E — like I’m almost an I, which makes sense. I need A LOT of downtime, but if i have too much i crave social activity…

Lots of my favorite people are INFPs!
